2️⃣ New level in audio: generating sound effects

Text-to-Sound Effects is here. AI audio startups are working on launching products that allow you to generate any sound effect with a text prompt.

Suno

Lightroom removes unwanted elements from your photos.

3️⃣ Remove unwanted objects from your images with Lightroom Generative

Remove is a generative AI tool powered by Adobe Firefly that enables you to remove unwanted objects and distractions from your images, even on complex patterns or backgrounds. This tool makes crowd control easy, allowing you to say goodbye to photobombers, concert crowds, and tourists ruining your shots. With Generative Remove, you can make them disappear effortlessly.

Is it the same as Generative Fill in Photoshop?

The difference between Generative Remove in Lightroom and tools like Generative Fill in Photoshop lies in their approach and use:

  • Generative Remove in Lightroom uses Firefly technology to analyze the surrounding area in your photo and replace the selected removal with an emulated background that matches.

  • Generative Fill in Photoshop uses the same technology but allows adding and removing content from your image using a prompt.

Kill Switch for AI

4️⃣ Propose "Kill Switch" for AI

Major tech companies, including Microsoft, Amazon, and OpenAI, made voluntary commitments to ensure the safe development of their most advanced AI models.
