Transform the style of all your images with AI

Good morning, humans.

This week, three very powerful tools have been released that can completely transform any image, opening up new possibilities for illustrators and video creators.

In today's newsletter we include:

Magnific Style Transfer can transform a draft into a finished illustration

Magnific launches Style Transfer

Magnific launched a new tool that allows you to transform any image by controlling the transferred style and structural integrity. The Spanish startup has established itself as the best tool to enhance the quality of any image and now opens up new possibilities with the new functionality.

When you upload an image, Magnific allows you to transform it completely, adding descriptions with prompts and styles already established. This allows for extraordinary results, such as converting sketches into finished illustrations as seen in our cover image.

Other functionalities discovered are to convert complex 3d objects...

into fully textured images:

And finally, you can convert photos into cartoons:

Margot Robbie turned into a Pixar cartoon.

Viggle makes your characters dance

Viggle AI is another recent startup that just launched its model. Its main functionality is to make your AI character dance, and it's pretty good at that. However, users have discovered new ways to use it, and the examples are very, very good, take a look:

Insert one image into Freepik, and you will receive an infinite stream of variations.

Freepik transforms your images

Freepik, a design resources platform, has good news for creatives: its AI-powered image transformation tool, Reimagine, is now in open beta. This means that anyone can sign up and use the power of generative AI to reinvent their images.

Reimagine gives the user the option to upload an image and get an infinite number of new versions, in multiple styles. For more details: How to use Reimagine, Freepik's free tool to transform your images

As expected, AI goes to Hollywood

OpenAI goes to Hollywood

According to Bloomberg, OpenAI has a full schedule with Hollywood executives to integrate the use of Sora into their workflows. Sora is an AI tool that is expected to be able to generate high-quality images and video, but it is not yet open to the public.

There is talk of an alliance between Apple and Google.

Apple wants an alliance with Google

According to Bloomberg, Apple is reportedly in "active talks" with Google to bring its generative AI technology, Gemini, to the iPhone. They have also considered using OpenAI's ChatGPT.

Stability AI CEO resigns

Stability AI, one of the leading startups in the field of generative AI, announced the resignation of Emad Mostaque from his position as CEO and his departure from the company to pursue decentralized AI.

In a series of posts on X, Mostaque opined that "centralized AI" cannot be beaten with more "centralized AI," referring to the ownership structure of major AI startups like OpenAI and Anthropic.

Do these notes serve you? Are they interesting? I would appreciate any feedback you can give me to improve.

Thank you for reading. See you next week!
